Please take into account that weekends and holidays are the most highly requested. All reservations must be held with a credit card or guaranteed with a gift certificate. A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. Appointments In order to receive the optimum benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please be advised: in the course of a late arrival, your treatment will end at the allotted time in order to avoid delaying the next guest, or you may reschedule your appointment at 50% charge. * We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or valuables with you to your treatment: we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. * When requesting appointments, please inform us of any special needs you may require. * Hours and prices are subject to change without notice. * Gratuities are not included in our services, but are greatly appreciated.
